Spa Tonics, LLC works hard to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.  We are a small family-run company and your happiness is important to us.  If an order is not completely as expected, we will issue a full refund. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Full refund needs to be within 30 days of the order date.

How to Start a Return

1) To start a return please send us a message via the “contact us” form or email us at Relax@myspatonics.com. Or feel free to call us at 732-455-2076- Yes you can speak to a real person! Please be sure to include your order number, if possible.  Please be sure that your return meets the Return Policy requirements listed below.

2) Bottles are fully sealed and unopened. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. 

3) Package your item in its’ original box/bag or a bubble envelope to ensure it is returned undamaged. Be sure to remove or cover up any old labels. The customer is responsible for mailing the returned items.

4) Please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed and payment refunded.

Damaged Package

If your package arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement right away at no additional cost to you.  If you need to report a damaged package, please send us a message via the “Contact Us” form or email us at Relax@myspatonics.com or feel free to call us at 732-455-2076.  Please be sure to include your order number, picture, and description of the damage if possible.    

Return Policy Requirements

Spa Tonics, LLC offers a 30-day return policy.  Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.  Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable for undeliverable packages due to address error, refused delivery, or unclaimed delivery.
